On Dec 20th 2025 at 1:14 am the dept was requested to assist the Wading River FD at a working residential structure fire. Chief 32 , 33 and TL-14 responded to a 20x40 single story private house with fire throughout. After an aggressive interior attack by Wading River FD engine company’s TL-14 assisted with searches and overhaul operations. No injuries were reported and the cause is under investigation by the Town of Riverhead Fire Marshall’s office.
