On 12/25/22 at 11:18 pm the dept was summoned to a residential structure fire on 4th Ave. upon arrival of 5A7-30 a active fire was observed on the top of the chimney flue. 5A7-33 noticed small fire extension in the attic area as well. Members from E-15 arrived and stretched a hose line to extinguish any fire on the outside. E-7 arrived and placed a hose in the attic and extinguished the fire in the attic. The crew from TL-14 arrived and conducted searches and overhauled the fire areas. Members from A-8 stood by in event of any patients that may have presented backed up by Tac-29. The scene was secured by dept Fire Police members and no injuries were reported.
