| NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
AND SPECIAL MEETING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a Public Hearing will be held on
October 21st, 2025 at 6:30pm (prevailing time) at the Rocky Point Fire District Administrative
Office located at 49 Route 25A, Shoreham, New York 11786.
The purpose of the Public Hearing will be to permit public review of the
proposed budget for the Rocky Point Fire District for the calendar year 2026.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that a copy of the proposed budget has
been filed with the Town Clerk and is available for review at the Office of the Board
of Fire Commissioners between the hours of 9:00AM to 3:00PM.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that time permitting, a Special Meeting of
the Board of Fire Commissioners will be held immediately following the conclusion
of the public hearing for the purpose of adopting the final budget.
